GNC has been a leading source of health and wellness products for more than 70 years, and sets the standard in the nutritional supplement industry by demanding truth in labeling, ingredient safety and product potency, all while remaining on the cutting-edge of nutritional science.
Objective
GNC switched to Moovweb from mobile agency Branding Brand, and wanted to keep pushing the conversions needle after relaunch. Moovweb introduced GNC to 64labs, and GNC expressed their desire to make a consistent and ongoing drive for better results on mobile, and on the new tablet experience that Moovweb was building for them.
Solution
GNC hired 64labs for a series of 20 user-experience experiments over a four-month period. Working with Moovweb and the GNC marketing team, 64labs is collecting data that will lead to data-driven design and functional changes.
