Objective
VC called Moovweb asking for an aggressively priced solution to improve conversions on phone, and Moovweb suggested that VC contact 64labs. Vital Choice enjoys a loyal customer base for whom the convenience of easy ordering on a mobile site, might offer substantial purchasing benefits, allowing them to easily reorder on the go.
Solution
A new Moovweb-powered site was built in five weeks and has dramatically impacted mobile performance But the client and 64labs wanted more. While analyzing the site, we found that substantial traffic was being driven to a conversions dead end by email marketing. Superb content was not being linked to items for sale, so we built a custom method for pulling products into the popular, content-rich part of the site, and watched the conversions roll in. That user experience focus, business insight and willingness to find solutions to problems is what 64labs is all about. As a result of their pleasure at the smartphone result, Vital Choice hired 64labs for follow-up engagements in tablet and A/B testing.
