e.l.f., which if you weren't sure stands for Eyes Lips Face, is an American cosmetics brand available in 17 countries. Their primary focus is creating high-quality products and pricing them inexpensively. The company makes half their sales online.
Objective
The e.l.f. Cosmetics client team had worked with SFCC on the beta program of Composable Storefront. They had made tremendous progress for a team primarily working in SiteGenesis but inexperience had caused a couple of critical errors that had blocked them. They needed to lunch within five months, with no room for error.
Solution
Initially 64labs offered consulting help but were quickly hired for completion of the build and the Amplience integration. The site was handed back to the internal team at launch who have done a great job since. e.l.f. saw the usual metrics in bounce rate reduction and engagement which flowed through to conversion rates. e.l.f.'s share price doubled in the year following the launch of the project.
