The Challenge

Moncler was considering a site redesign and asked 64Labs whether implementing a composable commerce architecture before the redesign - and layering the new design later - would be wasted effort. They also sought to retain their trusted Italian partner, Reply, and ensure that any new architecture would be sustainable for long-term support.

The US market was the initial focus, with the goal of delivering:

  • Immediate performance and conversion gains ahead of peak season
  • Flexible, future-ready architecture to support ongoing global rollout
  • Smooth knowledge transfer to enable Reply to manage and scale the solution

The 64Labs Solution

64Labs proposed and executed a full composable storefront for Moncler’s US site on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, powered by Contentstack as the headless CMS.

Key outcomes:

  • Peak-season advantage: Launched ahead of peak demand to capture significant revenue uplift from performance improvements
  • Future-proof architecture: Composable foundation designed for scalability and global rollout
  • Partner enablement: 64Labs trained and co-built with Reply over six months, ensuring they could lead future global site builds (planned for 2025)
  • Speed to market: Delivered without waiting for full redesign, accelerating ROI

Why It Matters for eCommerce Leaders

Moncler’s US composable launch demonstrates that you don’t need to wait for a redesign to unlock the benefits of composable commerce. For luxury and high-growth retailers, performance-driven architecture combined with strategic launch timing can deliver immediate revenue gains while laying the groundwork for global scalability.
